Education Commission
The Education Commission acts as an advisory board to the Pastor. Under the Pastor's direction, the Education Commission provides a variety of Religious Formation offerings for parishioners of all ages in regularly scheduled and special programs.

Lifelong Learning Programs:
Adult Faith Formation
Held the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m., the Adult Faith Formation program offers a variety of topics of interest to Catholic adults.
GIFT (Growing In Faith Together)
This Religious Education program for all ages consists of three topic presentations with sessions in September '09, January '10, and April, '10. For a brochure with a list of dates, times, and topics, click here.

2, 3 & 4 - Prayer testing
8 & 9 - First Communion Weekend
First Communion at Our Lady of Mount Carmel will be held during the regularly scheduled Masses. Families select which Mass they will attend. The children will sit with their families and celebrate with the parish community. There will not be a procession so there is no need for a rehearsal. All practice will happen during class time and at the First Communion Retreat.
9, 10 & 11 - Last day of classes

Fees for 2009-10:
1 child = $85, 2 children = $120, 3 or more children = $140
Lost Book Fee = $20
First Communion Student - add $10 for two (2) retreats
Confirmation Student only $50, plus $10 for one (1) retreatA deposit of $25 per child is due at registration.
Balance is due by October 31, 2009.
